Window Shade Systems
Manual and motorized systems for turbo-prop through ultra-long-range jets. STC and PMA approved. 8130-3 documentation.
Part 145 Repair Station
FAA and EASA certified repair of window shades, panels, lenses, and motors. 8130-3 on all returned parts. Most AOG repairs in 24 hours.
Composite Panel Systems
T-panels, headliners, valance panels, and carbon fiber sheets. Vacuum bag OOA processing. FAR 25.853 flammability compliant.
CNC Machining
Five HAAS CNC machines producing aluminum, titanium, and engineering plastic components to ±0.001". FAI available.
LED Wash Lighting
Plug-and-play LED mood lighting for business jet cabins. RGB, programmable scenes, and dimmable configurations.
Thermoforming
Custom thermoformed covers, lens surrounds, trim panels, and enclosures from approved thermoplastic sheet stock.
Metal Engraving
Laser and mechanical engraving for part serialization, AS9100D traceability marks, decorative details, and logos.
